What Does Our Scooter Warranty Cover?
Your purchase of this scooter includes a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the factory. This warranty covers the cost of labor and parts needed to maintain your scooter in proper working condition during the warranty period. Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when inquiring about this warranty.
Note: The warranty covers use during light rain and riding through puddles on the ground, but not soaking in water or exposure to strong rain for prolonged periods of time. Use in these conditions will invalidate the warranty.

Exceptions to Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, please note that the following cases are not covered by free repair:
Any damage caused by installation or use that is not in accordance with the instruction manual.
The product serial number is deleted or changed.
Product warranty card, product serial number barcode, or model does not match the product itself.
The product is disassembled or repaired by a person not authorized by the company.
Natural wear that does not affect product function (including shell, handle, tire wear, etc.).
Damage caused by overloading, riding over obstacles, or extreme sports.
Damage caused by accidental factors or improper use, such as mechanical damage, breakage, impact, or serious oxidation.

Damage caused during dismantling, transportation, loading, and unloading by the customer.
Any damage caused by abnormal storage conditions or force majeure, such as fire, liquid immersion, freezing, or earthquakes.

Malfunction or damage caused by issues not related to the product itself, such as design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.
