What Does the Warranty Cover?

When you purchase an Eswing electric scooter, you receive a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers both labor and parts necessary to keep your scooter in proper working condition during the warranty period. Please make sure to retain your proof of purchase for any warranty inquiries.

Note: The warranty includes coverage for light rain and riding through puddles, but it does not cover submersion in water or exposure to heavy rain for extended periods. Such conditions will void the warranty.
